High pressure Raymond mill, also known as Raymond powder mill, is the core product of the grinding production line. The Raymond mill adopts advanced structures of similar products at home and abroad, and is updated and improved on the basis of Raymond mills in the same industry. This equipment has lower power, lower power consumption, smaller footprint, and smaller one-time investment compared to ball mills. The grinding roller is tightly pressed against the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, so when the grinding roller and grinding ring wear to a certain thickness, it does not affect the yield and fineness of the finished product. 1. During the use of Raymond mill, there should be fixed personnel responsible for supervision, and the operators must have a certain level of technical proficiency. Before installation, the operator of the grinding machine must receive necessary technical training to understand the principle and performance of the grinding machine, and be familiar with the operating procedures.

2. In order to ensure the normal operation of the Raymond mill, a "Equipment Maintenance and Safety Operation System" should be established to ensure the long-term safe operation of the mill. At the same time, necessary maintenance tools, lubricating grease, and corresponding accessories should be provided.

3. After using the Raymond mill for a period of time, maintenance should be carried out, and vulnerable parts such as the grinding roller, grinding ring, scraper, etc. should be repaired and replaced. The connecting bolts and nuts of the grinding roller device should be carefully inspected before and after use to see if there is any looseness and whether the lubricating grease is sufficient.

4. When replacing the grinding roller after using it for more than 500 hours, the rolling bearings inside the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and damaged parts should be replaced in a timely manner.

Working principle

The structure of the high-pressure Raymond mill is composed of a main engine, an analyzer, a pipeline device, a blower, and can be equipped with crushers, elevators, electromagnetic vibration feeders, electric control motors, etc. according to user needs. When the high-pressure Raymond mill is working, the large pieces of material are first crushed and sent into the storage bin by the elevator, and then evenly sent into the main grinding chamber by the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The material entering the grinding chamber is picked up by the shovel and crushed between the grinding roller and the ring. The fan blows air into the grinding chamber, blowing the powder into the analyzer for sorting. If the fineness cannot be reached, it falls into the grinding chamber again. Qualified fine powder enters the finished product cyclone powder collector with the airflow, and the fine powder is separated from the air and discharged from the discharge port as the finished product. The air returns to the fan through the upper return duct, and the air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. In the grinding chamber of the ultrafine grinder, due to the certain moisture content of the ground material, a certain amount of heat is generated during grinding, resulting in water vapor evaporation. In addition, the flange connections of various pipelines in the whole machine are not tightly sealed, causing external gas to be sucked in and increasing the circulating air flow. To ensure the normal operation of the grinder under negative pressure, the increased air flow is discharged into the bag filter through the residual air pipe between the fan and the host, and then discharged into the air.
